Deutsche Post said we had gone out of our mind. But our members went on strike \u2014 and it was extremely effective.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The strike action lasted an extraordinary 100 days, ultimately delivering a major victory. <strong>Lower-paid workers received wage increases of more than 16 per cent, and the union\u2019s strength was further reinforced by the recruitment of over 20,000 new members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat do we do in ver.di?
